I'm planning to replace my H10 with an HR20 DVR this weekend. I only have one RG6 coax cable from the dish to the receiver. If I run a second line from the dish to the new DVR, will D* charge me an extra $4.99 per month?

They don't charge by the number of lines, but by the number and type of receivers on the account.
