I just got off the phone with CS about upgrading from a 322 to a 625. The rep looked at his computer and tells me is would be 120 dollars to upgrade. I logged on to my account on the website and it stated that the exsisting customer upgrade would be around 99 dollars. Am i missing something here? I dialed 1-800-33-dish, is that the right number?

Just got back on my account on the website. I hadn't been able to log on all day. Now it says 69.00 to have it shipped or 119 to have it professionally installed. Thats a cahnge, i thought you was stuck with the installatiom fee.
Well to replace a 322 with a 625 all you would do is unplug one and plug the other one in using the identical configuration. Not much thought needed there.
