East Direct tv dish feed and West feeds ?

I live in the East I see 279 own is a West feed will Directv add other West feeds to channels ?

Why they have them, I've never heard or questioned.
Will there be more, I would say probably, but you never know with the current situation the company as a whole is.

Adultswim is part of Cartoon network, which already has a west feed. You can make your own west coast feed with a dvr and watch anything you want 3 hours later...

U-Verse has a lot of west coast feeds and has for a long time. I suspect DirecTV adding them is a consequence of that
