Washington, D.C. (January 31, 2007) -- EchoStar's Dish Network today added A&E HD to its lineup of High-Definition channels.

The satcaster now has 31 national HDTV channels, more than any other TV provider. A&E HD is available on Dish's channel 9419.

A&E HD, which launched last September, is also available on select Time Warner, Cox and Comcast systems and AT&T's U-verse TV service
The high-def A&E is a simulcast of the network's standard definition channel, which airs such shows as CSI: Miami, Cold Case Files and The Sopranos.
