Equity Moving?

I read an old thread last night about Equity moving to Cband in early 2005. Obviously, that has not happened but I would like to know if anyone here has any further info if it is still in the works. I am still considering FTA but if Equity went it would be a blow since most of the networks are there.

unknown at this point. i know the main reason would be signal strngth (KU band these arent the strongest)

Yeah that would be alot of channels gone! What I would really like is Cband but the cost and upkeep scares me. Also, I don't have room where I am right now. I will be moving at some point (and will have southern sky wide open), but that is another story.
