Don't know exactly, I heard one bit about removing some kind of explosive bolt from someplace, not sure if I would want to try that in space. Or on the ground either.
 
Just read about it on the NASA site. Seems like it was removed from the Soyuz spacecraft... probably one of the bolts that blows the door once the capsule lands.
