When I am facing my satellite wich Lnb is on the left, 91 or 82

Facing the Dish, 82 is on the left.
If you're using a Dish Network Y-Bracket, then 82 goes into the 110 slot, and 91 goes into the 119 slot.

I noticed that the express vu system is the same then the one fromdish network
I have a complete spare system would it work if i point it to dish network satellites

nope. They are not compatible. If you accidentally download the wrong software, you will have a doorstop
