Fee to transfer the service to a new radio?

Is there a transfer charge to swap radios? I have a yearly contract that was just renewed right before Christmas and was thinking of getting a different receiver.

If you have the lifetime subscription "the rules" say 75 bucks..but according to various websites..it waved if you complain loud enogh

Just did the same thing. Swapping was free, have done it twice. When I added a new radio they charged a $15 phone activation fee ($10 if you do it on the web).
