I'm reading a lot about field system problems.........who pays the bill?
I'm leasing my equipment....being installed this Sat.........does Voom pay the bill if techs ever have to come to my house to work on this system?
If so, I presume I must contact Voom first and they arrange any service calls?
 
Yes, the protocol is that if you want a service call, arrange through VOOM.

If you are set for an appt (installation or service call) and installer does a bad job or no show, send an email to Joe Harkins and he will be quicker to respond to you and arrange for a solution. I do not believe that Joe works weekends so if it is weekends you are better off by calling VOOM or Installs Inc.
