I switched to DirecTV and have no further need for this unit.
Receiver is under a year old and has the 8VSB OTA tuner and 8PSK satellite module. Card has no charges. Remote was never used as I used a universal remote. Have original box and manual. Works great for Dish service and OTA HD. I will also include a Dish 500 dish minus the LNB's, if you are interested.
