Will the DishNetwork HD receiver bring in the FTA PBS HD channel if a dish is pointed at it?

Because the Dish Network receiver has the symbol rate fixed at 20000 (except for 105 which is at 26000)

PBS Symbol rate is 14028 so it won't work...plus you would have to program in the frequency...cant do that on a Dish receiver

Yes you can get the FTA "LOCAL" PBS HD channel using the ATSC feature in your DN HD receiver.

To do that you will need to use a regular rooftop antenna or an HDTV capable indoor powered antenna. You hook it up to your DN HD receiver "TV Antenna /cable input". Then go to the setup menu>LOCAL Channels>and scan for digital channels.
