funky time display

Right now the time display in the status bar or whatever you call it, under the private message counter, is displaying 00:xx:xx P.M. instead of 12:xx.xx P.M.

this is a known issue with the javascript clock we've been using. I don't believe that there is a "fixed" version. This is NOT a new issue.
