Yes, the price lock is now for just 2 years, no Netflix, and the Hopper is $10 a month. Wow, that is quite a raise. Dish really wanted to get its subscriber numbers up for First Quarter Earnings, so they were giving really good deals the last couple of months.

Say what? The hopper fee is only $10.00? What happened to $15.00? Wow ,sounds like I need to try to get that deal when it is time to get more freebies.

Yeah, I'm fairly sure the new fee is $15, not $10.

No the new hopper fee is $10 but the price lock is for 2 years.

Interesting. But for a non-price lock the fee is still $15.00.

As for Netflix, always went to the Netflix button my my Sony TVs. Just as fast, passes through 5.1 to the surround sound, and 4K.

AFAIK the $10 is only for new customers who take the 2 year price lock deal.

Correct. Then it increases to the normal $15 after 2 yrs.

Quite possibly.
I agree. I've have a habit of moving providers since they rate increases are reduces and its way cheaper to leave and come back. IN reality there seems to be little different between them.
