G1 Transponder 1 and 10

Hello,
is anyone out there experiencing a poor signal on satellite G1 transponder 1(amc) and 10(msnbc). The other tranponders(hgtv,cartoon-network,cinemax)
give me a signal strength of 100,70,100. amc and msnbc have a signal of 60.
Superstar has said that they are not aware of any problem. i have peaked the
dish and they skew but everythings the same.

i have always had a weak signal on those transponders.

Sounds like your feed is not centered or you have a undersized reflector. What size dish are you using? If that is not an issue you can try playing with the lnb offset. Though before touching the offset, finetune bump and skew to the best results.

I have an orbitron 8.5 ft. mesh dish. I wouldn't think my feed was off center because
i would have problems with the transponders that have signal strength of 100 and 80

Are those the only channels you have problems with? You can try the offset if this does not help, and your dish is peaked well, I'm not sure what it can be, I use to get those very clear though a tree will not allow access to those channels anymore, so I cannot confirm the problem here on my end.
