Globecast IA5 poor signal quality

Trying to get the new programming of Music Choice on Globecast. Transponders are 8 and 10. Cannot get signal quality above 68 in zipcode 37204. Is this the best that it it gets?
 
Thats pretty good for Globecast, anything above 65 signal quality is good!
