good CSR Experience

Yesterday I got around to installing my 211 to replace a 301, had mounted the 61.5 dish a few days earlier, anyhow when I had everything set up I mentioned to my wife that I was not looking forward to the ordeal of dealing with a csr, to my surprise, I was connected with someone that spoke perfect english, was knowledgable in what I was requesting and had me set up in minutes, unfortunately I do not remeber his name but it was a pleasant experience

After reading so may negative csr tales, thought I would post a positive

I have to say that with the amount of negative calls I have had, I also experienced a pleasant call when dishing up to HD and the 622. The bad has really out weighed the good. We must give credit when credit is due. I would be willing to bet if you called again right now that the experience would make you pull your hair out.
