Hello again, just did a firmware upgrade and rescanned. I got 110 TV channels, and about 50 audio. Working good so far!
I just have a question about the "WiFi" option in the Network settings menu. What is the purpose of this? When I select it, nothing happens.

The only use for the Wi-Fi is "Theft of Service" which is not discussed on this forum. Also why there is little information about those receivers here.

Not really. You can do DLNA and SAT2IP.

I just figured it was for firmware updates, or a way to keep the tuner updated with channel lists.

You might be able to access the receiver from your computer over wifi, it varies by model
