H10-250 Speed

My guide speed seems to be incredibly slow. Is this normal with the box or doe I have an issue? It seems like the R10 was really fast compared to this box. Also, when I update my season passes (arrange the order or anything) it seems to take forever to update everything? Thank you.

That's normal for this DVR. DirecTV has so far decided not to upgrade these DVRs to the faster 6.2 software that the SD DVR received last year.
