I've been with "D" for about a month now. On channels 102 ( Six Pictures on one screen) i can not use my arrow keys to move from sound bite to sound bite. My R15 works like it should. Is there something in the setup of the H10 that was missed?

Using the arrow keys is part of the interactive service. It was never made available for the H10 hi-def receivers, only the D10 and R15. If you only want to toggle through the audio for the 6 screens, you can use the yellow button on the remote.Hytops said:
