Anyone have one of these?

How well do they work?

Controlled only by the VBox II or will a set top box or analog box work?

It's a 36V motor, so any receiver with 36V motor control should operate it, no need for a vbox.

If your receiver has a built-in 36V positioner, then you should be fine. You don't need a V-Box II. But if you only have a traditional DVB FTA receiver with only DiSEqC 1.2 (or USALS) control, then you will need the V-Box II inteface positioner to supply the voltage and store the satellite positions.
