Heres another fix if you are getting a Loading Java Applet Failed error message.

Click the Start menu Go to your windows control panel, Find the "Java Plug-in" icon - double click on it.

Select the "Proxies" Tab

Make sure the 'Use Browser Settings' checkbox is selected and click the "Apply" button to save your changes.

This will make the JRE use the Web browser's proxy settings for all Internet connections.

Close everything, and to be sure - restart your machine
