HDNews anchors' baggy clothing

Is it just me, or do the anchors on HDNews wear deliberately oversized clothing? The thin white guy and the blonde woman both wear clothes that look tailored, but cut large. Since darned near everything in the TV news business is consulted to death, I'd assume this is not accidental.

I'm not advocating hoochie mamas or stud muffins, just making an innocent observation...
