QualiTV 1080i is the only box that I know of that will do it. It also does 4:2:2, but the downside is you can't rename any of the sats. It's a euro box and it has all of the atlantic sats programmed at the factory.

If you have a decent computer, you can go with a PCI card like a twinhan1020a or 102g.
