Help! 942 New Install - Audio but no video?

I ran a search and nothing jumped off the forums so..

I just installed a 942, and everything was working great. Three times since I installed it last night the system seems to be working, but no video:

I can see the on-screen display when I change channels, and I get audio, but no video. Changing channels I again can see the channel info on the OSD, but no video. A check switch test passes fine. I see one green light on the front display (tv1 I believe).

Anyone have any ideas what might cause this, or potential solutions?

the only way I haev found to resolve the problem is to hold the power button on the unit for ~5 seconds and wait for it to come back up.

You might actually have a bad receiver. Check with DISH to verify that you have current software downloaded into the receiver. Rebooting may solve the problem, but if it continues to be a problem then ask DISH to send you a replacement.
