Help me suck up to my director

I know this info is available so I beg your indulgence while I try to work AND answer this for my boss. He is a current subscriber with SD and wants to upgrade to add HD with HD DVR capability w/o OTA restriction. If I remember correctly Atlanta, GA local HD is only available with MPEG 4 DVR, is this correct? If so then no option available until the next generation DVR hits the street, right? Thanks.

With DirecTV... yes, that is the only option for Local HD, without using OTA.
