Help! Moved dish...now not working!

Hi!

I had to move my dish on my roof in order to replace my shingles. Now, after re-attaching it, it's not working. What should I do?

I'm sure that it needs to be peaked. You can either call Dish and have them send someone out (which they will charge you for). Or you can try it yourself. it really isn't too tough depending on what Dish you have. If you have a Dish 300 or 500 we can walk you through that. If you have a Super Dish or a Dish 1000 you are probably better off calling for the appointment.

I think it's a 625. (At least that's what it says on the unit in my tv room.) Any ideas?

No, the actual Dish. It should say something on the dish itself

Just from reading this post, I can tell that the only solution to your problem is to call Dish Network.
