I am getting no signal on 103 odd TP. I have 14 SWM tuners and 4 legacy tuners same thing on all tuners. I have a slimline 5 lnb going into a SWM16. I have swapped the incoming cables on the SWM16 and no change. Before I go climb a ladder in 4 degree weather to change the lnb wanted to see if that sounds like the probable cause of my signal loss. Here are the signals I'm getting.

the 99 and 103 should read in the 90's as well but it looks like the LNB has went south on you.

I'm gonna say LNB or switch. If it was a line then you'd be seeing the problems on the 119 as well. I'd start with the LNB as it's gonna be cheaper than a switch I believe

yeah sounds like a LNB. As noted if a line went bad you would have lost 119 odds too as the setup on a SWM switch is such (when using 4 lines)
99/101 odd
99/101 even
103/119 odd (there are no odds on 110)
103/110/119 even

Thanks for the feedback. One last question before I climb the ladder onto the roof in this extreme cold. Is there any chance that the weather not getting out of the teens for the last few days could be causing this? It's supposed to be 19 tomorrow, 30 Monday and 40 Tuesday. I will probably wait until Tuesday to climb the ladder anyway but just wanted to check if temperature could be the culprit.

Thanks again,
Frank

Cold weather can affect lnbs, but when it does, it means there is something wrong with them.

Yup,
Often water getting in and freezing; causing misc problems but with one sat reception while others continue for awhile. The problem can grow without shutting down the whole component. AND sometimes just a good smack with a hammer on the mast will cure it.

Maybe, or maybe you will have an alignment issue next! :)

That can happen!
Best way = select a missing channel & turn the TV vol up all the way. Start beating on the base of the mast. Sometimes WORLD'S BEST BLENDER comes booming on. Sometimes nothing happens and you proceed to change out the LNB. If you dent the mast or change the alignment you were just hitting too hard or the LNB was screwed from the beginning. When it works you charge for a professional diagnosis and adjustment.
