HELP - - Trying to set up HR21-700

D* just installed a KaKu dish with an upgrade to the HR21-700.

Please advise what the best settings are (crop,stretch,native,etc.) to go with my 40" Sony xbr (4x3) tv.

It is very confusing compared to the HR10-250.
