Help with computer problem

i was wondering if anyone could help with a computer problem
when my system idles for more then 20 minutes The Explorer.exe uses 99% of the CPU
Has anyone else had this problem
I have a p4 2.2 gig system with 1.25 gig of memory in it

Try some great free programs to remove spyware.
Spybot Search and Destroy (S&D)
Ad-Aware Personal
Don't forget to stop Mirocrap from spying on you too.
