Help with dish 722 and Pan DMR-EH75V

I recently upgraded to HD with the dish dvr 722 and a new Panasonic Plasma. The problem is I can not figure out the best way to hook up my Panasonic DMR-EH75V. I would like to be able to use it to make DVD's of my recordings on the 722 and/or utilize it as I did with my previous receiver (311). I do have a second TV hooked up to my duo 722. I need specific instructions on the best way to hook up the Pan DVR. Thanks

S-video and rca audio out from the Dish to recorder inputs, component and optical out from recorder to plasma.

Why?If you have an HD Rec. and TV, why would you want to run it through the recorder?
Hdmi from receiver to TV. Component w/ audio cables from receiver to recorder.
