I have a 8ft dish, that is a solid metal dish and most of the paint has worn off it.
It has gotten so hot that it has melted the cover on the lnb.
Can anyone tell me what I can paint this with to reduce the heat?
Or maybe I should just put a rack on it and use it for cooking.:)

Prep the surface to remove any residue then paint with a flat (non-gloss) paint. The less light reflective the better!

OK, thanks,
I just finished painting my house a flat gray, I should of given it a coat before I cleaned the sprayer.
