How accurate is Lyngsat today?

I setup a dish on 97W, I did a scan and I seem to have everything. I was looking at the radio channels and I specifically did not scan in WWCR and Globestar 3, the information looks to be almost a year old. Can anyone confirm?

Lyngsat is as accurate as its contributors. I would say it's pretty accurate, thanks to folks like cyberham of this forum

It was accurate when things were posted. 1/2 hour later, who knows? This stuff comes and goes constantly.

When in doubt look at another information source so that you can cross reference it with Lyngsat as well as your findings. Try www.tvrosat.com

if you are getting other things on the same transponder and not that service, usually that means you did things right and the service is not there. Happens quite often.

Thank you, I did not realize this was a resource. The information was a little more current and I was able to compare it to my system and confirm I am seeing everything.
