How can WildBlue hold me to the contract?

well i got WildBlue when i lived out were i could not get cable or DSL but now i no longer do + my apartment does not allow ANY type of satellite(as why now I have cable) so how can they hold me to my 1year contract if I am not able to live up to it?

Maybe because it is not their fault that you moved. They are holding up their end of the deal.
