On Hispasat @ 30.0w, you can get it, along with some others, with a standard ku lnbf. If you look here:
http://www.lyngsat.com/hispa.html
Just look for the ones with the "Americas" beam. The ones lower than TP#'s 11700 are Universal, and you will need that type lnbf and the TP#'s above 12200 are also Universal. But, on this particular satellite, all these lower and higher TP#'s are for a Europe beam, so they are moot. Good Luck!
You still might prefer a Universal lnbf, it will work on this satellite. I personally prefer a Standard lnbf, but that's me.

If all you want is Cuba, Here's a good deal for $ 155 from one of our sponsors, Sadoun is offering a receiver and dish that is perfect for Hispasat.
S-4 FTA-FS5900
http://www.sadoun.com/Sat/Order/Satellite-systems/FTA-Systems.htm

Add $15 more for a 90cm dish ( Recommended )

If you can pick a spot in your yard or on your house/apt. that can see this satellite you'll be ok.

I personally am a Fan of the Cuban Channels on Hispasat and enjoy the 7 Radio Stations and 6 TV station's transmitting from Cuba.
