How do I get other locals?

I live in West Palm Beach but want to get the Miami locals. I went into setup and chose a Ft. Lauderdale zip code. The system went through the whole system check and came back ok. But I still get the WPB locals. What do I need to do?

Which provider you have? Odd posting the same question in both. Search for threads on "moving" for your answer.
