would voom be in if they falsified numbers? lets say todays call they say voom at the end of december had 28,000 subs. for the most part we would all know that is pretty much false, but lets say that charles and tom falsify the number to get a better deal from the cablevision board. However if they falsify it the other way and say that they have 50,000 subs it would be maybe more enticing for them to get funding from another source

As long as they could blame an auditor, they'd do okay.

Simply saying oops, my calculator wasn't adding correctly. And if they need it, I think I still have a calculator that doesn't add correctly somewhere in this office.

As long as Chuck backs Voom, I'll back Chuck.
