So today I went out and got a 411. I called to have it activated and the CSR said that he couldnt activate it becuase i already have a work request open. The work request is my upgrade to a 622 and dish 1000 which gets installed the 25th. So i have to wait until that gets installed until i can use my 411. How retarded
 
Is very aggravating but that is the way it works if you order though dish direct.
 
Dish really needs to fix their system. It's rediculous the way you can't do anything if you have a service call scheduled without cancelling your service call. I've been caught in that annoyance before myself.
