How to get 721 to Take the New Software Update

I can not get my box to take on the new software upgrade. I called dish and she worked with it for 30 minutes and it still has not gotten it.

How can I get my box to take on the new upgrade?

I have a 721 with L321 software version. L322 is out and is suppose to fix the coming on issue.
