they can be canged, found out by accident when I became a dealer my home account changed to the local E supplier.......

The CEO people have power like no other
to fix things and waive rules all to keep customers happy

they ARENT regular CSRs, and there are 2 levels of CEO reps.

the lower can do wonder the upper level can move contenients

What Scott said is correct For a promo upgrade you'll have to go thru your original retailer. Or Dish itself.
