HR 10-250: OTA Antenna

I have a slight problem with my HR10-250. While testing the signal strength of my OTA Antenna, the signal strength meter just seemed to stop working. It wouldn't pick up any signal. I still receive my OTA channels, but it's just not showing any kind of reading on the meter. Has anyone else encountered this problem? Any suggestions? Thanks in advance.

Tune to one of your off air channels then go back to the meter and see if it shows a signal.

Tried that one already, but it didn't work. As I say, the OTA channels are coming in fine, I'm just not getting any reading on the signal meter.
