HTI Tracker V trouble

Has anyone experienced this problem before and can it be corrected?

I disconnected my receiver to do some work and after reinstalling it the channels keep changing in rapid succession. There doesn't appear to be any way to stop it. Can the receiver be reset or is it fried?

check the switch in the back... sounds like the scan switch might be on
