Here's what I don't get. Why are all these people sitting around their towns dying, screaming to anyone who'll listen about how they're dying, when they could start walking to where help is available. Sit and die, or at least TRY to help yourself. Basic human survival strategies seem to be lacking, espeically when they were stealing food HOURS into this thing when they weren't even hungry yet...

Maybe its because the flood waters prevent them from walking out of there.
