I bought new TV and got error 775

Hello everyone,

After many researches I suggested to post my issue on this forum hopfully you guys can help me out.

I just bought a 4K TV (Samsung) once I hooked it up to Directv receiver thru HDMI I get error 775.

If I plug the HDMI cable back to my old TV it works fine!!!!!

I checked all cables and also the SWIM adaptor they're working fine.

What could be the problem here? Please help me.

It Does have HDMI only. So what I did just now, I plugged in another hdmi cable from the new samsung Tv to the old one and Directv started working.. weird huh!!??
 
How can I get it grounded?

I was just saying does the outlet for the tv plug into a 3 prong outlet.

The satellite is likely grounded already .

Sometimes I seen a different ground potential between the tv and satellite system.

I had one back in April where the outlet was wired backwards and was causing an issue when plugging in the hdmi cable.
