I keep trying to call a representive, but it cuts me off. I am supposed to have Americas top 120, but I can't get MSNBC, and I did an upgrade over the phone, and it says my bill will be $87. 
I can't contact Dish by phone

OK, I got through by simply dialing hte number and waiting until it automatically transferred me.
I dialed the number from thier website and from the TV, and both nubmers took me to the same place, same recordings, same frustrations.
