I see people making a big deal out of Voom's Price increases. I do not get why people are so upset over the programing costs 
Those of us who have had Voom for a while will note that the programing is going up to what was originally said. On another note as long as we do not change our package we are still locked in at our current rates until the 1st of next year. We also where told that upfront. Installation cost complaints I do get to a degree. Now I see this as a simple idea that Voom does not have a contract. So there is no guarantee they will get the $$$'s from subscribers with a free install. So the installation fee comes to life to offset the risk. On the other hand maybe they should start contracts. Then again I would be leery to sign a contract with a company that is in its first year yet.
