OK - SHVERA is a done deal. I live in one of the classic DMA nightmare towns (Town in CT, with NY locals, and no CT news from NY ever.)


As far as I'm concerned, the first dbs company that gets me my CT locals probably gets my money.

I have -zero- faith in E* on this. They appear to be run by gorillas at this time.

D* ? Who knows. They could have it tomorrow, and nobody would know it

Anyone hearing any whispers from either camp?

To inform everyone on some of the dates in play:

The FCC has to publish a list of said channels within 60 days of the bill's passage.

The dbs co's have to inform the FCC and broadcasters 60 days in advance of retransmission.

My guess is March. Why not?
