Well, I just got a knock on my door this morning at 8am from my land lady ...

Seems, that when the Dish people came to install my dish they cut right through some power and other wires yet never told anyone. Thankfully they are not going to charge me but are going to charge the company that came to install the dish.

I really cant believe that they cut lines and didnt say a single word.



Heh, to make it worse they are sending a tech out to help me get better signal and Dish says its going to be the same guy ... I told them that I wanted someone diff but if I do that the next time anyone could come is 2-3 weeks from now :|
 
Hey I resent that remark, the floor agents *most* of the time are able to see 'man this customer is getting screwed' but don't have the business authorizations to take the proper recourse needed in making sure that it gets resolved.
