WION is aware of interruptions to our stream for brief periods of time throughout the day. We've been logging the interruptions, and Charter Cable which takes our signal from WION to our streaming company has been asked to monitor the situation. We KNOW that our dropouts happen when others on Charter have the same issue, but Charter refuses to acknowledge a problem which may be to our West in their main "branch" connection, and not local. (as told by a reliable source.) Please be assured that our end of things is running 24/7 continuously, and the brief stream interruptions are not caused by WION. Seems lately that technology is out to do nothing more than whip the a**es of those who enjoy it the most and USE it the most. "Operators are standing by..." And, if YOUR Charter gets those brief outages, COMPLAIN REGULARLY! Maybe they'll start paying attention to IONIA!
