I know the QPH-031 gives DSS compare to the SNH-031 but what exactly the 10.7 GHz / 11.7 GHz difference makes in number of channel you can get ?

thank you

There is an "extended" band on KU...
10.7-12.2

This is a Universal LNB...really only thing here in the US/Canada that it can be used for is Pas9 at 58W fro Cubavision

Most LNB's are standard (11.7-12.2)

Universals are real big in Europe

actually right now its cubavision and a couple channels with color bars

PAS9 is really the only satellite that most of us can see that needs the universal LNB

The linear side of the QPH-031 is a STANDARD KU LNBF with a L.O. of 10750

L.O. Local Oscillator And 10750 is the value that needs to be entered for a Standard KU LNBF.
