For the record - low signal from 61.5 turned out to be partially busted connector up by the LNB. The installer found that this morning when he installed a new EA 1000.4 dish.
So - all Ok now. Got 722 to replace 622 with busted HDMI, 1000.4 for EA, and HD for Life. The installer replaced all the old connectors/diplexers etc too.
So I should be good for another 5 years.
I'm very happy with Dish right now.
Never did hear back from the CEO email, but when I called they were able to schedule install within 2 days. A while back I had trouble with Comcast internet, and had to wait 10 days (with no internet) to get a service call.
